Job description
Monzo is recruiting a Chief of Staff to support the Group CFO, coordinating across the Finance collective of 250+ people. The role blends hands-on execution with strategic thinking to align cross-functional teams with the CFO’s vision and to prepare senior leadership materials.
You will drive strategic projects, manage leadership meetings, and build relationships across the company while working with the CFO’s EA and Finance Senior Leadership to coordinate initiatives.
