Job description
Robinhood is seeking a Chief of Staff to the VP of Brokerage Product & Customer Care to drive cross-functional initiatives and translate strategic priorities into execution. You will shape operating rhythms, align leaders, and enable high-impact delivery across teams.
You will partner with HR, Finance, and Recruiting to plan headcount and resources, while guiding critical initiatives from concept to delivery. This role requires balance, clarity, and strong judgment.
