Job description
Riverbay Corporation in Bronx, NY is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer for a full-time senior management role overseeing HR functions including labor relations, compliance, talent acquisition, benefits, training, performance management, and workforce development.
You will lead CBA negotiations with unions, drive HR strategy with executive leadership, supervise onboarding, and foster an inclusive culture while guiding HRIS analytics and budgeting to support organizational growth.
