Job description
Perdue Foods is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager 2 to lead strategic CI initiatives at our Prince George, VA facility. You will champion problem-solving, coach teams, and drive measurable process enhancements across operations.
Responsibilities include delivering Lean/Six Sigma training, implementing MOS, and coordinating Kaizen events while partnering with senior management to sustain improvements and safe, efficient plant performance.
