Job description
CNA Insurance in the United States seeks a senior claims and litigation leader to guide the Severity Team, shape claim strategy, and drive outcomes. You will work with Operations, Underwriting, Actuary, and Risk Control to align on best practices and updates.
Ideal candidates have a JD or equivalent experience, extensive claims/litigation background, and proven leadership ability. This role reports to AVP or above and offers a competitive compensation package.
