Job description
Terracon's Florida Division is seeking a Client Development Director to lead the Client Development organization across the state. This senior leader will supervise and develop Client Development Managers and Specialists, partner with division leadership, and drive growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate will foster a culture of collaboration, execute growth strategies, manage major pursuits, and champion client experience while traveling throughout Florida about 25–35% of the time.
