Job description
The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs in the New York area. You will lead recruitment fulfillment, oversee KPI metrics, and drive long-term program strategy while aligning with client objectives.
A strong focus on client relationships and service excellence is required. You will manage a team, price and sell services, and present regular performance reviews to senior leaders.
