Job description
BNY Mellon is seeking a General Manager in Boston to lead multiple diverse teams and translate strategic plans into actionable work. You will allocate resources, ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget, and drive quality and process improvements across functions.
The role requires 10–15 years of total work experience with 3–5 years in management, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degrees are preferred.
