Position Summary:
\ NThe Strategic Client Relationship Manager is responsible for the quality, health and growth of gFour Marketing’s relationships with its clients. The Relationship Manager ensures that our services and solutions are delivered in alignment with that client's objectives and key strategies. They are accountable for providing a “WOW” experience to our clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
\ N● Build long-lasting, solid relationships with clients by following the process that gFour has developed for account management
\ N● Manage the execution ofrelationship marketing campaigns for clients
\ N● Communicate and prove the value of the gFour programs to clients
\ N● Ensure client satisfaction and retention
\ N● Provide stellar customer service at all times
\ N● Provide education and best practices to clients through training
\ N● Support the Head of Client Relations in the implementation of processes and offer suggestions for improvement
\ N● Oversee an excellent onboarding experience with every client
\ N● Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients and team
\ N● Communicate opportunities to our clients for upgrades and additional services that they can benefit from and meet upsell / cross sell goals

Education and/or Experience - Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university;
or one to two years related experience and/or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability - Read, analyze and interpret business, professional, technical or governmental documents. Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the public.

Reasoning Ability - Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Compensation:
\ N - Base salary plus performance-based bonus.
