Job description
Emplova is seeking a Client Success Director to manage and grow a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. You will lead client relationships, guide HR strategy, and ensure seamless delivery across payroll, benefits, and compliance—stepping in as needed to resolve issues and drive outcomes.
You will own client onboarding, conduct trainings, and collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Compliance, and HR teams to deliver a superior client experience.
