Job description
Hello Heart in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Success to lead strategic accounts and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will own end-to-end client lifecycle for Fortune 500 clients, manage renewals, and influence executive-level relationships while championing Hello Heart’s value proposition.
You will collaborate with product teams to include customer voice in roadmaps, push for growth, and maintain high satisfaction with a proactive, data-driven approach.
