Job description
NFP is hiring an Account Manager to strengthen client relationships and deliver exceptional service across our portfolio. You will own day‑to‑day client interactions and partner with Account Executives and Advisors to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
You will contribute to open enrollment projects, prepare renewal materials, and support reporting and client communications while growing your knowledge of benefits programs.
