Job description
ANM Managed Services is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager in Englewood, CO to lead client relationships, drive retention and growth, and act as a trusted advisor. You will coordinate with internal teams to align services with business goals and manage the client lifecycle.
The role requires 5+ years in client-facing roles, strong communication, and experience in IT services. Travel may be required, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is expected.
