Job description
North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is seeking a Clinical Services Director (CSD) to lead operational and relational health across a portfolio of markets. You will own client cadence, staffing and credentialing coordination, and enterprise-wide collaboration with RVPs and VP-level leaders.
The role emphasizes P&L ownership, cross-functional partnerships, and expansion opportunities, with a remote-first posture and substantial travel to client markets as needed.
