Job description
Avis Budget Group is seeking an outstanding commercial transactions attorney to join its Legal Department in Parsippany, NJ. You will draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements including technology, SaaS, procurement, professional services, marketing, and strategic partnerships.
You will partner with business stakeholders, develop templates and playbooks, and drive governance and efficiency across contracting.
