Job description
Qualified Health is seeking its first in-house Commercial Counsel to own day-to-day legal work across the company’s lifecycle. You will lead commercial contracting with health systems and life sciences partners, advise on value-based arrangements, and manage regulatory and compliance questions for AI in healthcare.
Qualified Health will retain an outside firm for corporate governance, financings, and related needs.
