Job description
Sperry Van Ness Parke Group in Fort Wayne, IN, seeks an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties, including assets, tenants, vendors and on-site staff. You will drive efficiency, manage budgets and financial reports, maintain tenant relations, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Bachelor’s degree is preferred; real estate license is a plus.
