Job description
Flaherty & Collins Properties is seeking a Commercial Property Manager at our Indianapolis corporate office. You will oversee a diverse commercial portfolio, balancing operations, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction to deliver exceptional property environments.
You will build strong tenant relationships, manage budgets and capital projects, review financials, and coordinate with accounting and leadership to drive property performance and ownership reporting.
