Job description
First American is seeking a Commercial Underwriter / Underwriting Counsel to join our team. In this role, you'll provide critical guidance and decision-making support across commercial real estate transactions, helping drive confident outcomes for our customers, agents, and internal partners.
The position requires a Law Degree, admission to practice, and 5–7 years of title underwriting experience, with strong knowledge of real estate law and settlement processes.
