Job description
This positions supports the volunteer recruitment and engagement efforts across the state of Michigan for our critical high-priority positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement community engagement strategies
Build relationships with loca organizations, civic leaders, and volunteers
Collaborate with support team to track data and assess program impact
Lead volunteer recruitment events and campaigns
Represent the organization at local events, meetings, and coalitions
Report monthly outcomes and insights to the Director of Community Engagement
