Smithfield Foods, Inc. is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager in Smithfield, VA to lead compensation programs and strategies that attract, retain and reward top talent.
You will oversee policy design, salary structures, market pricing, analytics, and annual merit planning while partnering with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance. You will mentor a team of Compensation Analysts and drive governance and compliance.
