Job description
Texas Original Compassionate Cultivation seeks a Director of Compliance to lead regulatory strategy and agency interfaces. You will own the regulatory program end-to-end, coordinating with DPS and DEA, and oversee diversion prevention, CAPA, and documentation across cultivation, manufacturing, and retail locations.
Candidate must have a JD and 5+ years in regulated environments, with 3+ years in leadership. Travel across Texas is required and strong executive communication is essential.
