Job description
CBRE Group, Inc. in Dallas seeks a Construction Cost Estimator to develop detailed estimates from conceptual design through final construction documents.
You will research regional pricing, prepare quantity take-offs using OST or similar platforms, and support the Cost Manager in creating an overall Project Cost Plan. Collaborating with engineers and project teams, you will lead value engineering to meet budget targets and ensure data integrity in cost reporting.
