Job description
Turner Construction Company seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the end-to-end recruitment process for experienced hires across regions. The role supports HR, operations and BU leaders, with preference for those near Turner offices within the United States.
You will build diverse talent pipelines, manage requisitions in ATS and social platforms, conduct interviews, extend offers, oversee background checks and onboarding, and drive internal mobility and adaptability across the organization.
