Job description
Color Health, Inc. is seeking a Director of Consultant Relations for the South Central region to build and grow strategic partnerships with benefit consultants. You will report to the VP of Consultant Relations and collaborate with the GTM team to drive growth.
The role focuses on developing territory plans, partner playbooks, and 1:1 relationships with key consultants, while representing Color at industry events and conferences to generate opportunities and mature deals to closure.
