Job description
CSL Plasma is seeking a Senior Director of Contracting Strategy and Innovation to lead development of contracting strategy across PBM/Payers, Hospital/IDN, and Specialty channels. You will guide channel Strategy Directors and drive novel contract offerings to improve access and value while aligning with brand strategy.
The role requires deep pharma contracting expertise, strong business acumen, and proven leadership of multi-channel teams in a complex US market.
