Job description
Innovative CPA Group LLC is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all accounting and financial operations for a multi-entity business providing landscaping, nursery, and masonry services. This on-site role ensures accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and strategic financial guidance to drive growth.
Based in Milford or Bethany, CT, the Controller will manage GL, AP, AR, payroll, job costing, budgeting, and cash flow, supervise staff, and coordinate with external CPAs
