Job description
Western AgCredit in South Jordan, Utah, seeks a SVP – Chief Operating Officer to provide strategic leadership across Appraisal, Loan Documentation, and Human Resources. The COO will directly oversee the CSS-Team Lead and ensure compliant, efficient loan operations, collateral handling, and disclosures.
As a member of the executive team, the COO helps shape business strategies and oversees facilities, governance, and performance management.
