Mental Health America of South Central Kansas seeks a Chief Operating Officer to lead strategic planning, operational performance, and program quality across the organization.
The COO partners with the President/CEO and executive team to advance mission, ensure compliant, high-quality services, and build strong teams while managing budgets, risk, and stakeholder relations. This onsite leadership role requires a master's degree in a related field and a track record in behavioral health.
