Job description
OmniTRAX, Inc. seeks an Associate General Counsel to manage rail and transportation contracts and related agreements in alignment with company policy.
In this role you will assist the General Counsel with litigation and employment-related claims, oversee outside counsel, negotiate contracts across purchasing, operations, land services and joint facilities, and coordinate due diligence for acquisitions.
