Job description
Amazon is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support NA Operations and Robotics. You will collaborate with engineering and technology teams to provide legal guidance on product development, systems, and robotics initiatives.
You will structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, advise on intellectual property matters and software licensing, and help ensure safety and regulatory compliance across programs enabling automation and scalable operations.
