Job description
Hoffman Construction seeks a Construction Cost Manager to lead cost controls, forecasting, and commercial management for major industrial and data center projects. You'll manage a team of 8–15 Cost Engineers and coordinate with Project Directors to align forecasts with field execution and client expectations.
This in-office role focuses on ensuring accurate cost reporting, robust change management, and proactive risk/opportunity identification, driving project performance and client satisfaction.
