Job description
Baptist Health Arkansas seeks an experienced Associate General Counsel – Payor Relations to provide legal services to the Payor Relations and Contracting Department. The role includes monitoring billing and reimbursement laws and negotiating, preparing, and enforcing managed care contracts.
The attorney will support value-based care contracting, ACO agreements, and alternative payment models, coordinating with system leadership to advance strategic initiatives and regulatory compliance.
