Wake County seeks an exceptional County Attorney to lead legal affairs for a dynamic, fast‑growing county. You will advise elected officials and senior leadership on complex legal and policy matters while overseeing litigation, risk management, and contract negotiations.
The ideal candidate has extensive public sector experience, strong judgment, integrity, and excellent communication skills, with a Juris Doctorate and active North Carolina Bar license.
