ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Customer Success Executive for US Manufacturing. The role drives customer outcomes, retention, and expansion across a portfolio of high‑value US Manufacturing accounts.
You will own commercial health and strategic growth, operating like a general manager at the account level. You will partner with Sales, Delivery, Product, and other CS functions to ensure customers realize value and view ServiceNow as a long‑term digital transformation partner.
