Job description
Thorlabs is seeking a senior program manager to lead end-to-end execution of custom photonics projects. You will interface with internal teams and customers to ensure technical, schedule, and budget commitments are met. Some travel to related sites may be required.
The role requires a strong background in engineering or optics, plus proven program management experience and cross-functional leadership. A Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is a plus.
