Job description
CSG Systems seeks a dynamic Sales Director to accelerate growth of our CX portfolio across strategic accounts. You will shape account strategies and position AI-enabled CX capabilities to solve complex business problems for senior stakeholders.
You will own end-to-end sales, build executive relationships, drive new logos, and expand CX adoption across healthcare, retail, and financial services with a flexible, collaborative culture.
