Job description
SAIC is seeking a high-caliber Business Development Director and SME with deep expertise across OTAs, CSOs, SBIR/STTR programs. This role serves as enterprise quarterback for alternative acquisition pathways, owning pipeline development, win strategies, and regulatory guidance.
The ideal candidate will lead capture, shape proposals, and advise on pricing, IP rights, and 1/3 cost-sharing rules, spanning major DoD consortia and direct mission partners.
