Job description
Virtualitics seeks an accomplished Mission Success Director to lead defense and IC delivery programs. You will manage Solution Leaders and Mission Support Specialists, oversee delivery health using stage-gate processes, and align customer objectives with product roadmaps.
You will report to senior leadership and build high-performing teams. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in defense or federal tech, a DoD/IC background, and experience with P&L and cross-functional coordination.
