Job description
The City of Naples is seeking a Deputy City Manager to help lead a premier coastal community with exceptional services and engaged residents. This executive will report to the City Manager and coordinate multiple departments to deliver high-quality city services.
Ideal candidates have at least ten years in municipal administration, a bachelor’s in public or related field (master’s preferred), and a proven record in inclusive leadership, financial management, and strategic development for growth
