Job description
OperaDelaware is seeking an experienced Director of Development in Wilmington, DE to lead the organization’s fundraising program and advance contributed-revenue goals. The role partners with the Board and staff to implement a comprehensive strategy spanning major gifts, grants, annual giving, and events.
You'll manage donors and prospects, work closely with leadership, and engage the Board in fundraising initiatives, while ensuring accurate reporting and CRM stewardship.
