Job description
Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sioux Empire is seeking a Director of Development to drive annual and major gift opportunities. The role focuses on identifying prospective donors and engaging them through in-person and virtual meetings, cultivating relationships, and stewarding gifts.
Collaborate with the executive team to set fundraising goals, lead special initiatives, and ensure donor records and compliance align with organizational standards. The position reports to the Chief Development Officer.
