Job description
Success Academy Charter Schools in New York seeks a seasoned Director, Advancement & Board Affairs to lead fundraising strategy, deepen relationships with major donors, and help expand governance across New York and Florida.
Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, the role will manage a small team, partner with data and operations, and coordinate board engagement while delivering a high-impact fundraising program in a hybrid NYC setting.
