Job description
YMP Real Estate Management, LLC is seeking a Director of Commercial Operations to oversee day-to-day operations of our commercial portfolio. You will report to the VP of Asset Management and lead property management, maintenance, leasing, and admin functions to optimize efficiency and service for clients and tenants.
The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in senior leadership within real estate, with strong financial acumen and a track record of driving process improvements.
