Job description
Mid Penn Bank in Harrisburg and Halifax seeks a Director of Deposit and Digital Operations to lead deposit operations, digital banking, and related IT collaborations. You will ensure efficient delivery, strong controls, and regulatory compliance while guiding teams across Retail Banking, Risk Management, Compliance, and Internal Audit.
You will drive process improvement, oversee vendor relationships, manage system implementations, and support business continuity planning during mergers.
