Job description
AbbVie is seeking a Director of Finance Transformation Change Management & Enablement to lead the people, process, and adoption strategy for finance transformation initiatives. The role collaborates with Finance leaders, HRBP, technology teams, and vendors to deliver integrated solutions that drive business performance.
You will translate priorities into practical change, training, and adoption plans, build capabilities, and sustain change across geographies.
