Job description
CommonSpirit Health seeks a System Director, Hospital Medicine Operations, to lead cross-functional hospital medicine programs nationwide. You will partner with senior leadership to drive clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and physician enterprise alignment across sites of care.
You will oversee governance, provider compensation planning, and performance reviews, while championing standardization, quality, and fiscal stewardship across the enterprise.
