Job description
Sun River Health in Peekskill, NY is seeking a Director of HR Operations & Onboarding to lead the HR Operations and Onboarding teams, shaping onboarding experiences and ensuring compliant, efficient employee lifecycle processes.
You will partner with Payroll, Compliance, IT, Credentialing and organizational leadership to maintain accurate records, oversee background screening, HRIS administration, and continuous improvement across workflows, while developing a high-performing team.
