Job description
Yale New Haven Health seeks a Director of YNHH Advanced Clinical Practice to provide strategic and operational leadership for inpatient APP services across multiple specialties. You will partner with physician, nursing, and APP leaders to establish sustainable practice models and optimize workforce efficiency.
Requirements include an advanced nursing or PA degree, at least 10 years of clinical APP experience with leadership, and CT licensure. Travel between campuses is expected.
