Job description
The Director of Asset Management - Tax Credit will oversee the SAMU portfolio, supervising about twenty-five staff across four regional offices and more than 1,500 affordable housing developments. You will ensure compliance with LIHTC, HOME and other programs and coordinate cross-functional efforts to improve performance and preserve assets.
